We welcome all VH users, but we do prohibit the following:
* Abusive, negative, or unproductive comments
* Rude or offensive language
* Excessive commercial promotion

If you see an inappropriate post, please use the Report button in the upper-right corner of the post to alert the administrator. The administrator will delete any inappropriate posts, and users may be banned.

General etiquette requires that users:
* Use descriptive subject lines. "Please help" isn't as descriptive as "Finding stuck calls."
* Be civil and respectful to all users.
* Stay on topic. Move off-topic discussions to private messages, email, or another topic if appropriate for general discussion.
* Don't hijack topics. Instead of piggy-backing a question in someone's thread, create your own thread. It will be easier for everyone.
* Be kind to newcomers. Everyone's a newbie at some point.
* Ignore spammers — Notify the administrator by clicking the Report button. The administrator will take care of deleting the post and banning the spammer.
* Do not post large attachments. If there are too many large attachments, the administrator may remove the ability to post attachments at all.
* Quote appropriately and judiciously. Quote only the portion of the message that is relevant to your reply.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation and participation in making this a productive and welcoming community!
