I work for a Midwestern electric utility company, programming and doing system administration on a variety of equipment, mainly IVR. I'm also responsible for our Virtual Hold server and our workforce management server.

Hi All,

Just a brief intro from myself.

I work for Dimension Data in Australia. We are a gold partner of Genesys, and as such I will be implementing /using the Virtual Hold Product suite over the next few months.

Virtual Hold Customer Conference

We're thinking about holding a customer conference where our clients can network with one another, as well as attend sessions related to the VH roadmap, EyeQ, industry trends, etc.
