Hello all. We was talking here with some customers and they wonder if VH could have a way to reserv some trunks by queue. For example, I have 60 channels (40 Inbound and 20 Outbound) and 4 queues. It will be nice if I could specify that the queue #1 will use only 10 inbound channels and 4 outbound channels.

It's a suggestion for future releases.

Thaks

I believe something similar is coming out in the next version of software...where you can assign certain ports to certain queues.

Let me check on that and get back to you.

Yes. In 6.7 you can assign queues to specific ports so that one queue can't cannibalize all of them. 6.7 is in QA right now and should be ready for customers some time in July. Setting it up is a little tricky, so you'll want to work with your BAE and a Support Engineer. More documentation will be available upon its release.
