When our EWT goes over an hour, instead of an accurate time quote, we get an announcement that is someone's name (Jennifer Rodriguez, to be exact)...any ideas?  I'm searching through the Genesys system to see if I can find that prompt, then determine what's calling it, but any assistance would be appreciated.
